About Us

How We're Helping

 Sounds of Solidarity (S.O.S) is a grassroots organization started May 2015, Black and Brown Unity Fest featuring music and art. The goal was to bridge communities through music and culture in Los Angeles County and globally. 

SOS is currently geared to provide community and private sponsored public projects. Specifically using art murals to create a multi interactive  educational, art and culture experience.


  1. The mural messages of unity, health and wellness, and social justice issues are aimed to activate awareness, action, education, and inspire solidarity. 
  2. Murals serve to activate space and local communities. 
  3. SOS Multimedia Interactive Murals include live streaming, short social media videos, which include theatre, poets, musicians, dancers, artists, educators, community resources (organizations), wellness practitioners and facilitators. 


Unity as a driving force of solidarity amongst all Nations, all people, tribes, cultures.
